Key points for safe operation of lifting and hoisting commanders
lifting and hoisting commanders or part-time lifting workers (hookers) must pay attention to the following points:
first, they must be familiar with the basic performance of lifting tools and instruments, the maximum allowable load, scrapping standards, binding of workpieces, hanging requirements and command signals, strictly implement the safety technical operation procedures of this type of work, and pass the examination. Other personnel in the industry shall not engage in binding and linking command without authorization
II. Before work, carefully check whether all tools and equipment required are in good condition. If chains, steel wire ropes, hemp ropes and clamping slings are found to be scrapped, they should not be used. And wear protective equipment
III. appropriate lifting methods must be adopted for lifting objects according to their weight, volume, shape and type. When there are many people operating, there must be a special person responsible for commanding
IV. when lifting objects, the center of gravity of the objects must be stable. When transporting large objects, there must be obvious signs (red flags are hung during the day and red lights are hung at night). Before lifting various objects, trial lifting shall be carried out, and the lifting can be carried out only after it is confirmed to be reliable
v. the tripod should be bound firmly. The pole spacing is equal, the pole feet are fixed firmly, and oblique lifting is not allowed. When using a jack, it must be firmly padded up and down, padded as you rise, and skidded as you fall
VI. the two ends of the roller should not exceed the bottom of the workpiece too long to prevent crushing hands and feet, and a supervisor should be set when rolling. People are not allowed to operate on the side of gravity tilt direction. Obvious signs shall be hung when the steel wire rope crosses the passage
VII. When lifting heavy objects, try not to be too high from the ground. In any case, it is forbidden to lift heavy objects and cross over personnel. All personnel are not allowed to stay or walk under heavy objects, and objects are not allowed to be suspended in the air for a long time
VIII. When using the crane, you should closely cooperate with the driver and strictly implement the "ten no lifting" Regulations of the crane. Namely:
1) do not lift when the rated load is exceeded
2) do not lift if the command signal is unknown, the weight is unknown, and the light is dim
3) do not lift if the slings and accessories are not bound firmly and do not meet the safety requirements
4) do not lift when the crane suspends the heavy object for direct processing
5) pull and hang askew without lifting
6) do not lift if there are people standing on the workpiece or moving objects floating on the workpiece
7) oxygen cylinders, acetylene generators and other devices with explosive substances shall not be hoisted
8) do not lift the objects with sharp edges and corners that have not been well padded (to prevent the steel wire rope from wearing or cutting)
9) objects buried underground are not lifted without taking measures
10) do not lift if you command against rules
IX. when working, you should clarify the lifting location and obstacles on the operation channel in advance, greet the staying personnel to avoid, and you should also choose the appropriate upwind position and escort route with objects
X. it is strictly forbidden to use hands to directly correct the ropes that have been tensioned by heavy objects, such as steel wires. 7.1.2 each batch of ex factory products must be subject to ex factory inspection of ropes, chains, etc. In case of loose binding or abnormal sound of lifting tools during lifting, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and never take chances
Xi. When turning large objects, place old tires or wood plates and other cushions in advance. The operator should stand opposite the inclined direction of the weight. It is strictly forbidden to stand in the inclined direction of the face
XII. The length of the selected steel wire rope or chain must meet the requirements, and the included angle of the steel wire rope must be appropriate, which cannot exceed 120 at most
XIII. If there is oil stain on the hoisted object, wipe the oil stain off the binding place to prevent sliding
XIV. When commanding multiple cranes to lift a heavy object together (only limited to lifting machinery with the same tonnage), it should be carried out under the direct leadership of the main technical director of the enterprise. The weight distribution shall not exceed the rated load of the lifting machinery, and it shall be ensured that there is a certain distance between the two lifting machinery, and no collision is allowed
XV. Lifting large-scale equipment or products must be operated by two people and commanded by one person. When unloading onto the transport vehicle, observe whether the center of gravity is stable and confirm that it will not tilt to the ground after loosening, and then loosen the unloading
XVI. In any case, it is strictly prohibited to use personal weight to balance the lifting of objects or to support the lifting of objects manually, and it is not allowed to stand on objects and lift them at the same time
XVII. When lifting a batch of sporadic objects, special lifting lugs, buckets and other clamping tools must be used, and more than two heavy objects must be lifted at the same time to keep the objects stable and not collide with each other
XVIII. When unloading and lifting objects, it is necessary to pad the lining wood, and the irregular objects should be supported and kept stable. It is not allowed to press the objects on the electrical lines and pipelines, or block the passage. The objects should be stacked neatly and stably
the data is very stable. 19. If other personnel cooperate with the lifting hook operation, the lifting hook worker is responsible for the safe command and lifting. The hook worker shall not let others replace the lifting hook weight under any circumstances
20. After the work is completed, all tools should be wiped clean of oil dirt, well maintained and safeguarded
