According to analysis by Simon Fraser University’s Mark Jaccard, the Liberals have the most effective and affordable plan, followed by the ConservativesAlberta Health Services has said GraceLife and its pastor continued to hold services exceeding capacity despit, the Greens and, in a distant fourth, the NDP.?
Jaccard, a professor at the B.C. university’s school of resource and environmental management, looked at three criteria in conducting his analysis: the economic cost of implementing the plan; how effective that plan would be in reducing emissions; and he?then gave?them a?rating out of 10 for how sincere he thought each plan was.?
Based on those three criteria, Jaccard said the Liberals came out on top with a plan that was “effective” and “affordable.” Next came the Conservatives with a plan that was “possibly effective” and “affordable,” followed by the Greens with a “somewhat effective” but “very costly plan,” followed up by the NDP’s plan, which he said was “largely ineffective” and “unnecessarily costlys hockey championship and last year.”
